Organized by the Liquid Crystal Branch of China Optical and Optoelectronic Industry Association, the DIC series of exhibition activities - China (Shanghai) International Display Industry Summit Forum and International (Shanghai) Display Technology and Application Innovation Exhibition will be held on July 2-5, 2024 in Shanghai.

   As a highly influential exhibition in the new display industry at home and abroad, DIC 2024 will be themed as "Resonating with the same screen and marching forward with courage", and divided into three sections, namely, DIC FORUM China (Shanghai) International Display Industry Summit Forum, DIC EXPO International (Shanghai) Display Technology and Application Innovation Exhibition, and DIC AWARD International Display Technology Innovation Award. DIC FORUM is divided into DIC Forum, DIC EXPO and DIC AWARD.

Among them, DIC FORUM, which is co-sponsored by the Liquid Crystal Branch of China Optical and Optoelectronics Industry Association and Nikkei BP, and guided by the Electronic Information Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, will be held on July 2-3 at the Kerry Hotel in Pudong, Shanghai. DIC EXPO, organized by China Optical and Optoelectronic Industry Association (COOEA), Reed Exhibitions, China Electronic Chamber of Commerce (CECC), China Electronic Materials Industry Association (CEMIA), Korea Display Industry Association (KDIA), and Nikkei BP, will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC) from July 3-5, and the award ceremony of DIC AWARD will be held concurrently during the exhibition.

Liang Xinqing, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Liquid Crystal Branch of China Optics and Optoelectronics Industry Association, said at the conference that the DIC series of exhibition activities has a history of 14 years so far, is a large-scale professional exchange platform integrating conference and exhibition, and has participated in and witnessed the rise of China's new displays and the whole historical process of the development of the leaping development of China's new displays, and is the epitome of China's new display industry and the global industry to integrate and work together to move forward. Epitomizes the new display industry in China and the global industry.

According to the organizer, DIC 2024 highlights international exchange and cooperation. Display enterprises from China, Japan, Korea, Europe and the United States and other countries and regions gathered in Shanghai, JDI, Corning, Merck, 3M, Coherent Gao Yi, Tonexpress, Cordova, PNT, JNC and other well-known enterprises focused on the show. The exhibition ad hoc WFS International Functional Thin Film Technology Zone and Mini/Micro-LED Technology and Application Innovation Zone two theme areas, and the organization of the Japanese Pavilion, Kunshan Pavilion, two regional pavilions. Professional visitors from more than 40 countries and regions will work together to build a high-end business social circle and circle of friends with an international perspective.

DIC 2024 highlights the synergistic development of upstream, midstream and downstream of the display industry, and DIC EXPO creates a nearly 30,000-square-meter "stage" at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, covering the entire industrial chain of the new display industry, focusing on materials and equipment processes, display devices and end-user innovative application products, with the presence of major panel makers such as BOE, HKC Wisers, Wisers, Tianma Microelectronics and Longteng Optoelectronics. BOE, HKC Wyeco, Visionox, Pegasus Microelectronics, Hohui Optoelectronics, Longteng Optoelectronics and other panel makers will be on the stage, and more than 100 of the 500 exhibitors will be new exhibitors in 2024, including Rainbow, Everlight Optoelectronics, Chengzhi Yonghua, Rainbow Innovation, Vogel Opto-electronics, and Yuehao Electronics, etc. DIC EXPO will be held in Beijing, China, from October 10th through February 21st. DIC EXPO will attract more than 30,000 professional visitors from industry chain technology, R&D, core purchasing, etc. to visit the exhibition.

DIC 2024 guides the healthy and benign development of the industry.DIC 2024 will set up a number of high-specification thematic forums and parallel forums around the hotspots of the industry, such as Mini/Micro LED, folding screen cell phone, car windows, commercial display, health display, VR/AR, display driver IC, and so on.
